A landslide has occurred in the Trout Creek area, near the Summerland Golf and Country Club.
Due to unstable terrain and safety risks, the Penticton Indian Band Emergency Management Department is asking everyone to avoid the area.
The Penticton Indian Band says Geotechnical assessments have confirmed further risks for additional landslides and downstream flooding.
